To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

  • OR
  • Dial toll-free, within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada:

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Innoviva Specialty Therapeutics is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want employees to feel comfortable in approaching their supervisors or management in instances where they believe violations of policies or standards have occurred, or where they may have questions. Vendors and other external parties are also encouraged to use our hotline to report suspected wrongdoing, possible violations of law or violations of Innoviva Specialty Therapeutics policies.

While we hope that employees feel comfortable discussing such matters with their supervisors or management, sometimes individuals prefer to make an anonymous report or a report in confidence. In such an event employees are encouraged to use the Compliance Hotline:

This hotline is hosted by a third-party provider, NAVEX. Individuals may submit reports relating to suspected violations of law or Innoviva Specialty Therapeutics Policy, as well as ask for guidance regarding Innoviva Specialty Therapeutics’s policies or provide constructive feedback.

The reported information will be provided to the Compliance department. The reporting individual may choose to remain anonymous, although the confidentiality of all reports will be maintained to the fullest extent possible. In some cases, an individual who has not reported anonymously may be identified due to the nature of the investigation or certain legal requirements. Regardless, all reports received by NAVEX will be evaluated and, as appropriate, fully investigated pursuant to Innoviva Specialty Therapeutics processes. It is also important to note that the Company has a very strict non-retaliation policy for any and all good faith complaints provided to the hotline.
